At Madhya Pradesh Press Club, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for all our members, donors, and participants. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Event/Workshop Registration Cancellation

• Participant-Initiated Cancellation:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event/workshop will be eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event or for no-shows.

• Organization-Initiated Cancellation:

• In case the Madhya Pradesh Press Club cancels an event or workshop, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

2. Donations

• Donations made to the Madhya Pradesh Press Club are non-refundable.

• If a donation was made by mistake or in an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds in such cases will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Membership Fees

• Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments. Please contact us within 7 days of such errors for assistance.

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

• Any processing charges or transaction fees incurred by payment gateways may be deducted from the refundable amount.
